I believe life is full of seasons—times of joy, struggle, growth, and change—and we’re all just doing our best to find our way through them. I know what it feels like to question yourself, to feel stuck, or to wonder if you’re heading in the right direction. I’ve also learned that having someone in your corner—someone who listens without judgment and helps you see yourself more clearly—can make all the difference. For me, this work isn’t just about “therapy.” It’s about connection. I value honesty, humor, and compassion. And I feel honored any time I get to walk alongside someone as they uncover those parts of themselves.
I have a background working with children, preteens, teens, adults, families, and couples. I specialize in helping individuals manage depression, anxiety, grief/loss, life transitions, ADHD, LGBTQIA issues, divorce and/or separation, and trauma. I understand the complexity of scheduling and offer evening and Saturday appointments.
