Like treating cough and congestion when you really should be dealing with the pneumonia that's causing those issues.
I specialize in treating trauma... things that have happened to you that shouldn't have happened. As a result of trauma, our way of thinking and behaving changes in order to protect us. Unfortunately, those changes are often things we don't like. Since 2008, I've been helping clients figure out and resolve the trauma that is at the root of their problems.
