My approach is non-judgmental, direct, and reflective, blending techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and EMDR. I have worked with folks experiencing a number of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and major life changes.
