I work with adults of all backgrounds and ages, and with couples who are invested in understanding each other’s feelings. Professionals, parents, creatives—all are welcome here.
I am a real human being in session, relatable and transparent. Rapport and trust-building are my greatest skills. Through IFS parts work, ACT, mindfulness, strengths-building, and narrative therapy, we will develop a therapeutic relationship wholly unique to us, and it will be the profundity of our relationship that helps these interventions stick.
