I am passionate about working with adolescents and adults. My approach and techniques vary based on the age and specific needs of each client. I approach the therapeutic space with a growth-oriented and empowerment focus. It is a collaborative and consent-based process. I'm here to create a safe, comfortable, welcoming space for us to find the best process and practices for your unique journey.
I may be a good fit for you if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stressed or generally having trouble coping. I can teach you tools to manage your anxiety as well as the wax and wane of depressive symptoms. I strongly believe that therapy isn't about fixing yourself, rather it's about tuning into the wisdom that already exists within.
One of the greatest indicators for meaningful therapeutic work is the relationship between client and therapist. I also know it can be an overwhelming task to find the right fit.
