About
You are the captain of your ship and I am here to partner with you on your journey. I believe that you are the expert of yourself and your world. I am here to create a safe and welcoming space to process, explore and express whatever might be affecting the present. I approach therapy with a holistic, growth-oriented, and empowerment focus. Some therapeutic values I hold include cultural humility, empathy, curiosity, integrity, respect and thoughtfulness.
I am passionate about working with adolescents, children and adults. My approach and techniques vary based on the age and specific needs of the client. I have training and experience with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, challenging behaviors in children, relationship and attachment issues, trauma and life transitions.
I believe one of the greatest indicators for meaningful therapeutic work is the relationship between client and therapist. I also know it can be an overwhelming task to find the right fit. I am happy to provide a free phone consultation to see if we'd be a good match. Please email me for a consultation or inquiry.
