My name is Michelle Hoskins and I am a licensed clinical professional counselor in the state of Kansas. I have been working as a therapist since 2014. In this time I have gained experience in various levels of care including inpatient, PHP, IOP and outpatient. I have learned that as humans, we are amazing and resilient. We struggle from time to time with big things and little and at the end of the day all of our struggles bring meaning and purpose to our lives. We deserve the opportunity to be listened to and feel validated in our struggles and know that someone cares and is willing to walk through these challenges with us.
As a therapist my goal is to help my client articulate what it is that they are struggling with and how they can begin to cope and move forward with purpose. I have extensive training in working with individuals with eating disorders as well as other mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, personality disorders and daily life stressors.
Life is hard. We face many things in our daily lives that may leave us feeling unworthy, unheard and misunderstood. I am here for you as support as you navigate this time.
