In Person-Now Taking New Clients! Finding a therapist that you connect with is so important and personal; so much so that our relationship is the foundation for success in treatment. Helping people has always been my passion and I believe people have the internal tools necessary for positive change. I have worked with many different people throughout the years. These people have sought out therapy for many reasons. Maybe it's older issues from childhood that have an impact now. Maybe it's brand new grieving the loss of a relationship. Maybe there is a feeling of being stuck.
My style is interactive and optimistic, and I support clients in trusting themselves in this process. I draw on my skills and compassion to guide my clients to reach their goals. My approach to therapy is individualized depending on the needs. Therapy is a process but it is a journey we can walk together.
I have over sixteen years of experience counseling women, men, and children, couples and families in English/Spanish.
