I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Therapy With Heart. With this as a backdrop, I structure our sessions around mindfulness and emphasizing your strengths while collaborating together to find the answers that work for YOU. I also strive to help provide you with the tools necessary to continue growing outside the therapy session.
I specialize in couple's therapy, individual therapy and family therapy. I have worked with a diverse population with various presenting issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, family conflict, infidelity, divorce, co-parenting, mood management, sexual abuse, and faith transitions or faith crisis.
I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy and am continuing to work towards certification for EFT. I also have training in EMDR therapy. My goal is to create a place of growth where change can take place, relationship bonds can be strengthened and healing can occur.
