It takes guidance, patience and practice to start healing what's been broken.

It's a scary place to be, knowing that you can't go back to "how it was before" but also not knowing how to find each other again. After all, you're just trying to survive each day! I combine my professional knowledge as a therapist along with my real-life experience as a busy mom of two young kids to provide one-of-a-kind support for you.
