I work with moms who are struggling with their partner and looking for a safe space to open up about the toll parenting has taken on their romantic relationship. You may be wondering if it's supposed to feel THIS hard to connect and get along with each other. Parenthood stirs up lots of issues that you never knew were there before kids. I will help you gain a deeper understanding of what is at the core of your relationship issues and how to confidently talk about those issues with your partner so minor disagreements don't keep leading to major blow-ups. It takes guidance, patience and practice to start healing what's been broken.

Once a baby comes into the picture, so many things get put on the backburner, especially your relationship. It's a scary place to be, knowing that you can't go back to "how it was before" but also not knowing how to find each other again. After all, you're just trying to survive each day! The good news is that finding your connection again is possible.

I combine my professional knowledge as a therapist along with my real-life experience as a busy mom of two young kids to provide one-of-a-kind support for you.
