About
Applying evidence-based therapy to a range of mental heath needs, I have worked with children, teens, and adults for over 20 years as a New York State Licensed Psychologist. An area of expertise is helping individuals with anxiety and mood disorders - focusing on specific goals and emphasizing self-acceptance. I believe in working collaboratively with clients toward living a more value-filled life.
An area of specialty is working with children, teens and adults who experience anxiety disorders (e.g., social anxiety, health anxiety, phobias and panic). I help clients learn strategies to manage and live with anxiety, working at a pace that suits the individual.
Unique to my practice is the individual attention, time and care I provide to all clients in and out of sessions. Coming to therapy takes courage and I hope to help you achieve your personal goals.
