I am an EMDR trained therapist who is passionate about using the most evidenced-based practices in order to bring the most effective tools to clients. I especially love EMDR for its holistic approach in engaging our entire system to promote healing quickly and effectively.
I use evidence-based approaches, especially EMDR and Polyvagal Theory, to help clients navigate and no longer feel distressed about past events or trauma so they can move forward. This leads to feeling less triggered in their daily lives and having a sense of control and less reactivity to stressful events or circumstances.
