My goal is to create a place for you to talk about concerns whether they are day to day life stressors or serious mental health issues that are getting in the way of you living your best life. I believe sometimes we need a non-judgmental objective view to help us find ways to take the next step in our lives. I work with individuals who are struggling with stress, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, self-exploration, self-compassion, oppression and anxiety.
My main work is with LGBTQIA2+ adults. This is a safe space to explore all the intersectionalities and microagressions queer people experience. I am also a gender affirming counselor that can provide resources and surgical letters to help you on your journey. I work under the Informed Consent Model, which honors your ability to make your own decisions.
