My goal is to provide a place for you to talk about concerns whether they are day to day life stressors or serious mental health issues that are getting in the way of you living your best life. I believe sometimes we need a non-judgmental objective view to help us find ways to take the next step in our lives. I work with individuals who are struggling with stress, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, self-exploration, self-compassion, anxiety, and ADHD.
My main work is with gender diverse adults. This is a safe space to explore self-care, self-acceptance and gender identity. I provide counseling, resources and surgical letters to help you on your journey. I work under the Informed Consent Model, which honors your ability to make your own decisions.
I have a sliding scale fee and would be happy to talk to you about how this fits into your unique financial situation.
