I am an action-oriented Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in anxiety and depression. I am a certified mindfulness and meditation guide and I provide clients with a safe space where they can learn and continue to develop into the person they want to be. Change is hard for everyone however people in general are infinitely adaptable as long as they have the support & skills they need to navigate change.
I provide individual psychotherapy. I am passionate about mindfulness based cognitive behavioral therapy, which is utilized to help individuals work through problems that interfere with living meaningful, enriching lives. My approach is tailored to each individual need, which is informed by careful consideration of one's background.
