My name is Michelle, and I have been a psychotherapist for the last 17 years. I have a deep passion for the field of mental health and supporting my clients in finding a healthy, more peaceful path for themselves. I am genuine and direct in my approach with therapy, and I also use humor at times. I take an active role in sessions with my clients to help them find clarity and direction in addressing any issues or symptoms they may be struggling with.
During our first session, I aim to help you become comfortable with what our sessions will entail and develop a clearer understanding of what is bringing you into treatment.
I quickly develop an understanding of my clients' needs and demonstrate this understanding through reflection and validation. I play an active role in sessions and help my clients develop deeper insight into their struggles and strengths.
