Life is challenging at times, whether you feel stuck in behaviors that no longer serve you or are feeling overwhelmed with current life stressors, I would be honored to be by your side. I will offer you support as we navigate through your healing journey to reach your therapeutic goals. I believe a safe, compassionate, and supportive connection is so important to build trust, and I am here to provide this to you. My approach as a therapist is to assist my clients in truly connecting with themself, and to begin understanding their internal dialogue. I have many years of hands-on experience in many therapeutic modalities.
As we begin our collaborative work and discuss your goals, we will explore the types of therapy that will be most powerful in assisting you in understanding your internal understanding of self, as well as understanding how you process external influences.
My preference is to incorporate a variety of modalities, including attachment-based and psychodynamic, as well as evidence-based theories, such as dialectical and cognitive behavioral therapies, both of which incorporate mindfulness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance skills.
