Hi, I'm Michelle. Are you feeling overwhelmed by the pressures and stress of life? Do you have life changes and/or transitions that have increased your worry and affected your moods? I have over 10 years' experience in working with children, adolescents and adults. There are many reasons people seek therapy. Whether life transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, or relationship struggles together we will explore how this impacts you.
