About
I truly believe all people are resilient and we can all grow from the pain and challenges we face. Relationships are central to our well-being, and the therapy process involves building a nonjudgmental, safe and trusting relationship. I am passionate about helping others, driven to help people reach their goals, and empathetic as well as compassionate towards all! My goals as a therapist include helping people to achieve relief from emotional distress, develop optimal ways of coping, and gain insight about the issues they are facing.
I became a therapist because I liked psychology, I remain a therapist because I love to help people. I truly enjoy working with couples, teens, and individuals.
Many people decide to seek therapeutic services for a variety of reasons. Whatever your personal reasons might be, I am happy that you have started the process in looking for a therapist.
