You want to stop bracing for impact and start trusting your own pace. I work with folks who have learned to keep themselves small or fragmented to survive. Deep down, they long for authentic connection, emotional safety, and space to grow into the full complexity of who they are.

As a queer therapist and trauma survivor, I bring a deeply relational and somatic approach to healing. My work is rooted in AEDP, attachment theory, and nervous system awareness. I support clients in exploring identity, dismantling shame, and recovering what’s been hidden or softened to survive. Therapy with me is experiential, collaborative, and grounded.

I’m a Southerner turned Brooklynite, a person in long-term recovery, and a chronic blusher. I show up to this work with warmth, humility, and a bit of humor too.
