Hi there! I specialize in anxiety, depression and trauma. I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which helps with trauma, anxiety and other related conditions by using bilateral stimulation to process memories. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as another therapeutic technique, as well as effective mindfulness practices. I will provide a safe and supportive environment that will allow you to reach a peaceful resolution. I have been practicing for over 20 years, and I truly love what I do!
