I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), informed by cognitive behavioral and narrative therapies. Taking an individualized and trauma-informed approach, we will customize goals that are unique to you. With compassion and curiosity, we will work together to address the issues that brought you to therapy.
