I will meet you where you are, and walk with you through the "stuff." I take into consideration your environment, social/emotional supports, history, and current coping skills.
I specialize in woman's issues, anxiety, transitions, and trauma. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist, as well as a Certified Integrative Mental Health Counselor. I work with people holistically, as I truly and deeply believe in the mind body connection. I believe you often already know what you need and want, you just need help finding your way there.
We are all unique individuals often shaped by our experiences, both positive and negative. I want to work with you to address current difficulties, increase positive coping skills, gain insight and awareness around your thoughts, and target what is creating challenges for you.
