I specialize in treating clients with severe traumatic experiences such as combat, sexual assault, childhood sexual abuse, narcissistic abuse, physical violence, or accidents. Trauma is stored in the brain and body in such a way that it can have power over you and hijack your life. It feels like an experience, but in fact is memory. Healing is possible.
I often work with clients who see me in addition to their own therapist to get to the "root" of what continues to show up in their lives. Using specialized techniques that release traumatic memory you may find relief in just a few sessions. I provide intensive 2-4 hour sessions for those who may live outside of town or request in depth trauma work.
