Rebuilding After Betrayal

This group is for women who have experienced betrayal in their relationships, due to infidelity and/or other problematic behaviors. This 8-week educationally based group provides a space for you to focus on your own goals in regards to understanding and processing the trauma that was experienced. In group individuals will learn how to emotionally regulate and reduce shame while empowering each individual to establish healthy boundaries and regain balance. At the end of the 8 week cycle, group members will not only continue in their recovery, but will also move towards rebuilding. Contact me for when the next group begins.

Rebuild From Destruction: Moving Past the Pain of

This is an 8-week therapeutic group for women who are or have been in emotionally destructive relationships (within a family system, friend, and/or romantic partner). This group creates a safe place for individuals to learn, grow, and heal. Individuals will have an opportunity to encourage each other through exercises that will create community and support. Topics include: identifying emotionally destructive relationships, learn how to establish healthy boundaries, utilize coping skills to emotionally regulate, learn healthy communication patterns, challenge self-defeating beliefs and move towards a healthier identity including challenging shame.
