Hello! My name is Michelle Fumosa, the Founder and Lead Clinician at Guiding Hope Counseling LLC. I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University, specializing in addiction counseling. I focus on helping both young adults and adults overcome Substance Use Disorders and mental health. I am deeply passionate about addiction recovery and firmly believe that treatment should be personalized, as each person’s journey is unique.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with hundreds of individuals, both voluntary and mandated clients, along with their loved ones, on their paths to recovery. My extensive experience has allowed me to build strong relationships with a network of treatment providers, the NJ Court System,Probation Officers, DCPP, and local psychiatrists.
My primary goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel welcomed, understood, and empowered throughout your recovery journey.
