I will be on Maternity Leave starting Feb/25. I specialize in working with folks who have experienced trauma, those who are in helper roles of various sorts, individuals going through divorce, as well as those experiencing symptoms of Bipolar, Anxiety, and Depression. I utilize techniques pulled from Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness strategies, as well as others I find applicable to the symptoms that a client presents with. I customize my approach based on each person’s history, current presentation of symptoms, and goals that I create with each individual client.
We have the power to choose every day in every moment, where we want our lives to go and who we want to be at the end of the day. I will help you achieve the goals you want to achieve in a way that works best for the suffering you are individually experiencing. This will look different for each person and can change as our work goes on.
I am of the perspective that we are made better and stronger through seeking help and support from sources that truly have our best interest in mind. Sometimes that means getting help from someone who specializes in helping. www.ALittleSpaceToTalk.com for more info I will be on Maternity Leave starting Feb. 2025.
