Have you been struggling with ADHD symptoms and can't seem to find a therapist who "gets it"? I am a psychologist who specializes in working with teens and adults with ADHD. I understand the ways that being neurodivergent can impact more than just schooling or work performance. I often say that my work is "about ADHD, and it's not about ADHD," as, oftentimes, adults with this invisible difference experience challenges that go beyond brain-based symptoms and impact self-concept, mood, and relationships. I work with individuals and couples impacted by ADHD.
For individual work, my sessions blend strategic symptom support with the deeper work of healing the emotional legacy of ADHD. I am also trained in Gottman Method Couple's Therapy and see couples with a wide variety of presenting issues.
I am co-author of the book A Radical Guide for Women with ADHD: Embrace Neurodiversity, Live Boldly, and Break Through Barriers and am committed to advocating for the ADHD community, presenting at major conferences annually.
