It is not always easy to find the perfect therapist. I pride myself in being trustworthy, empathic and culturally competent. If you have mental health issues such as bipolar, schizophrenia I have been trained to help you with coping skills and manage your symptoms.
Mental Health, Intimate Partner Violence, ADHD, Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Anorexia and Depression. I specialize in these areas, I have written peer review articles as well. There are techniques such as CBT, and DBT to help you manage and cope. The LGTBQ and The substance abuse community was my specialty in Field work and bono work.
