I utilize an Adlerian approach and integrate many therapies including: Adlerian, attachment, CBT, somatic, psychodynamic, expressive arts, and family systems. I also incorporate experiential exercises such as art, journaling, and mindfulness into sessions when it is requested and beneficial to clients.
