Tired of feeling tired, down or anxious? Whether you're navigating the grief of miscarriage, post-partum hasn't been as glamorous as you've heard, finding yourself so anxious or healing from an upsetting experience in your story, therapy can help explore with curiosity and compassion. Through a trauma-informed approach, we’d work together to restore connection, safety, and trust, with yourself, your community or your partner. Your healing starts with a space where your experience matters. Wheher you prefer a talk-therapy approach to care, EMDR or body-based trauma work - I have training and skills to support your healing process.
I offer a supportive, grounded space to help you process grief, trauma, and life transitions as well as the coping skills that are no longer helping like substance use, avoidance patterns, self-harm, or perfectionism. When using Somatic work, I guide you in tuning into your body's cues to gently release stored stress and rebuild a sense of safety.
You are not alone. One of the vicious lies of trauma is loneliness, particularly when the wounds of the past came out of relationships with those we cared about. Just as pain came through relationship, so can healing. My approach is compassionate and personalized, helping you process pain, build resilience, and feel more like yourself again.
