I specialize in holistic treatment that goes beyond traditional talk therapy. I use my training in somatic Internal Family Systems and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing to address deeper patterns that leave you feeling stuck. Additionally, I use an attachment-based approach to guide you in creating a stronger relationship with yourself and others.
As a survivor of complex trauma, I understand the daily heaviness that comes with holding so much. I also know what its like to heal from these burdens and a live an authentic and fulfilling life. I want to help you do the same. I also provide Clinical Supervision and Consultation for those receiving their education or training in the field.
