For 30 years I have been working with various cases of social disorder, self-esteem programs and family/relationship issues, grief counseling, trauma and addictions. I offer a cognitive-behavioral approach in order to help clients work towards solutions. I work with depression, mood imbalances, anxiety and social disorders, school and work related stress, relationship and family issues, trauma, grief counseling and addictions.

My therapy style helps to empower each individual by assisting them to identify faulty thinking patterns, while learning new strategies for a healthier life.
