I've just opened some new availability on my schedule and am accepting new clients! My ideal client is one who is ready for change. I don't know many people who change when they are comfortable. By the time an individual or couple walks into a counseling office, they are usually in enough discomfort with their current reality that they are ready to work towards something new. I want to join with clients to identify what is not working, the source of their discomfort, and help set them up for and walk with them into successful healing, change and overall health.

I have an attachment based philosophy of therapy and work with individuals ages 14+, couples and groups. I work with ages 6+ using neurofeedback, or EEG based brain training.

After moving from Colorado in 2019 I opened a neurofeedback and counseling practice in Hoover. We are now accepting clients for counseling, neurofeedback therapy, or both. Please reach out if you are looking for help walking forward into change or have any questions. I look forward to meeting you!
