I treat depression, anxiety, and life adjustment issues. I also work to address underlying issues that tend to fuel addictive and self-sabotaging behaviors. Many individuals struggling with addictive behaviors question why they are continuing these behaviors that have so many negative consequence. I help individuals change this pattern.
