You do most of the talking and I ask important questions based on what you say (or don’t say). I love helping people create their own goals and then I help them celebrate wins on their journey.
I believe healing happens by first acknowledging what needs to be healed. Then, we create a plan that is best suitable for the person/family. Healing happens when self-discovery allows a person to see their growth.
