I’m happy you’re here! Seeking therapy is a brave and compassionate step toward caring for yourself. My aim is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, feel heard, and work toward healing. Together, we’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable to you. I will gently challenge you, while cheering you on every step of the way! I specialize in treating Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Specific Phobias, Panic Disorder, and Psychosis. I am also passionate about helping healthcare professionals navigate secondary trauma and find a work/life balance.
For me, therapy is about creating a space where we can connect as people and work through life’s challenges with compassion. I incorporate a variety of therapeutic methods including Compassion Focused Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness.
The therapeutic relationship is the foundation of effective therapy, and I believe it's essential to find someone you feel genuinely comfortable with.
