*Note: I am currently taking new clients! It is more important than ever to consider your mental health needs. I have over 10 years experience working in mental health as a therapist, leader, advocate, educator, and researcher. I would love the opportunity to partner with you on your mental health and well-being needs. I am passionate about finding ways to work with individuals, families, teens, and adults in order to have their lives be more fulfilling, productive, motivated, and healthy.
As well as having my master's degree in Clinical Psychology, I am also a certified suicide prevention and awareness instructor and feel passionately about speaking on this. My research and experience interests include: stress, burnout, developmental theory, mental health, positive psychology, family dynamics, and suicide prevention.
As a wife and mother of three boys, I understand the challenges that are faced in families, marriages, and as a parent. I have also worked for many years in higher education developing a deep understanding and commitment to the field of psychology. My goal is to work with my clients in order to provide a safe, healthy, accepting, & collaborative environment.
