I work well with adults and adolescents who are looking to make positive changes in their lives to help cope with the stress or emotions that are clouding their days.
I am a Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor. I have a background in Veterans and Military Family issues. I works from a client centered approach, which allows me to adapt to the ever-changing needs of the people I work with. I use techniques such as Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
I strive to create a space for you to feel safe enough to step out of your comfort zone and explore the areas where you might overcome and grow.
