Many of my clients have struggled with drugs or alcohol problems and have feelings of shame and hopelessness often trying to hide the issue from others. I've also helped many people who love someone; a spouse, child or parent with an addiction, but who have lost their sense of normalcy in the process. I also have expertise in treating problems like anxiety, depression, relationship problems and trauma/PTSD.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process of growth and change, that begins with a trusting, compatible relationship between you and me. Once this foundation is established we can move forward to identify your strengths as a unique individual, and work to uncover and resolve the elements preventing personal growth and a gratifying lifestyle.
