I specialize in individual mental health counseling with adults and also treat children, couples and families. I work primarily within a cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) frame although I have the training and experience to adapt my therapeutic style to best suit each clients’ individual needs. I also provide Christian/Faith Based Counseling.
