Do you feel stuck and frustrated in your relationship? The more you try to talk, the more you get caught in cycles of distance, tension and frustration? Partners often come into therapy thinking to themselves: I can't get it right in this relationship. No matter how hard I try I seem to make things worse between us. As a Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist, I specialize in helping couples gain a deeper understanding of their blocks to communication. Our blocks keep us stuck and unable to make the changes we desire. Together we slow down & look what is happening inside, enabling you to step out of defensive patterns & share more with each other from a deeper place.
I also support couples in creating a safe place to talk about their sexual relationship when there are sexual concerns. Talking about sex can be uncomfortable and awkward, leaving couples stuck in silence. My goal is to help couples come together to face their sexual struggles and gain or regain a sexual relationship which is pleasurable for both.

EFT & Sex Therapy Book Club and Case Consultaion
Group for couples therapists. We will meet quarterly via zoom to discuss a sex therapy book and I will offer free case consultation for cases you bring related to your couples sexual relationships. We will discuss how to discuss our couples sexual relationships with them, when to refer to a sex therapist and how we can respond to the sexual relationship concerns our couples bring to us.
