As a counselor, I have worked with many kinds of people with different experiences and struggles including substance abuse, marriage and family struggles, depression, anxiety, etc.
We will work together to come up with a plan to talk through what your needs and wants are for counseling. We will try out some different ways to think and cope with the things happening in your world. We can also use some specialized training to work through the trauma of the past.
