We're here to help when anxious thoughts swirl through your brain, emotions overtake your system, and past hurts and traumas interfere with your present life. If your life is just feeling too hard right now, your circumstances are too overwhelming to process on your own, or you just need a safe place to process your "stuff," please call.
Specializing in therapy for Christian women overcoming trauma and anxiety, I offer EMDR, CBT, and Somatic Experiencing modalities to help you find wholeness in your mind, emotions, body, and spirit.
