I am eclectic/multi modal. Treatment is tailored to client's needs. I will incorporate well-researched models of psychological development, evidenced based treatments, and psychodynamic theory. We will explore interpersonal dynamics, beliefs, attitudes, and psychological pain/trauma that keep you from having a happier, healthier, content life.
