I'll ask questions to get to know you and answer any questions you might have. Just share what you feel comfortable with, but all information provided will help me to best support you. Then we'll collaboratively develop treatment goals (what you hope to get out of therapy) and discuss how long you'd like to be in therapy.
No need to have it all figured out now; it'll become clearer through the process. Treatment that is deeply client-focused and draws on your strengths. Session time is used so that you feel you're gaining maximum benefits toward your goals.
