I love helping lawyers and other stressed out and exhausted human beings heal, grow, and thrive. Whether in individual, couple, or group therapy, I help people reconnect to themselves and the people they love. As a former BigLaw and in-house lawyer, I know how the overwhelming stress and demands of intense professions can take a toll on both us and our relationships. I help my clients tame that stress and build lives and relationships full of meaning, peace, and joy.
I stand shoulder to shoulder with clients throughout their healing journey. I am focused on creating a safe, compassionate space where you'll feel seen and heard, and which will catalyze your healing. My approach is based in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), EMDR, Transformative Couples Therapy, and Imago Therapy.
Whether you've tried lots of different ways to get relief or you are just starting the process, I would love to talk with you to see how I can help you find peace and connection with yourself and your relationships and build an authentic and meaningful life - personally and professionally.

Groups
Big Law Young Associates Group

The first few years at Big Law are incredibly challenging. What makes this period even harder is that no one talks about how hard it is, leaving many associates feeling like they’re doing something wrong. This group brings young associates together to build community, undo aloneness, and give them an opportunity to develop the emotional and cognitive tools they need to thrive personally and professionally. New in person and virtual groups starting in September. For more information and to register, visit https://michellecrichards.com/yag
