I love helping lawyers and other stressed out and exhausted human beings heal, grow, and thrive. Whether in individual, couple, or group therapy, I help people reconnect to themselves and the people they love. As a former BigLaw and in-house lawyer, I know how the overwhelming stress and demands of intense professions can take a toll on both us and our relationships. I help my clients tame that stress and build lives and relationships full of meaning, peace, and joy.
I stand shoulder to shoulder with clients throughout their healing journey. I am focused on creating a safe, compassionate space where you'll feel seen and heard, and which will catalyze your healing. My approach is based in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Transformative Couples Therapy, and Imago Therapy.
Whether you've tried lots of different ways to get relief or you are just starting the process, I would love to meet you to see how I can help you find peace and connection with yourself and your relationships and build an authentic and meaningful life - personally and professionally.

Starting January 2026, for 1st through 4th year young lawyers in their first few years at Big Law. This group is for young lawyers who feel like they are the only ones struggling in Big Law and who might be trying to ignore or hide really painful experiences like anxiety, depression, panic attacks, disordered eating, and burnout. Michelle is a therapist and former lawyer who brings similarly-situated lawyers together to create a consistently safe space to work through distress, so they can heal and reconnect with themselves, with others, and with what matters most to them.
