I have over 10 years of experience as a therapist and educator working with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, gender-related concerns, pregnancy, postpartum, and life transitions. My approach is grounded in existential therapy while integrating CBT and DBT to support insight, coping skills, and meaningful growth.
