I work with kids, teens, and young adults experiencing challenges like anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and loss, substance use, and low self-esteem.
In sessions, we’ll move at your pace. I draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and person-centered, wellness-based approaches to help you manage emotions, improve communication, and reconnect with a sense of purpose. My approach is warm, conversational, and reflective, with moments of humor and real talk when needed.
