About
These are difficult times navigating the on-going pandemic, climate change, and politics - all on top of your day to day struggles. Do you find yourself feeling overwhelmed? Are you having trouble finding balance in your life? Are your relationships under stress? Are you dealing with job insecurity or a career change? If you're in need of support and looking to make some sense of these trying times, then please reach out. Together we can identify all the things you are up against, find ways to confront them, and most importantly, make sustainable, meaningful changes and personal growth.
I work from a non-judgmental and compassionate approach. I am curious about your life, your story, and the things you give value to. I incorporate humanistic and strength-based therapeutic methods which highlight your unique skills and abilities. I engage feminist framework which aims to empower and cultivate agency for marginalized identities.
I am a queer Chinese Chicana woman and have a background in Art and Photography. I value humor, playfulness, social justice, and community. I can understand some of the many issues facing people of color, LGBTQIA+ folks, artists, writers, musicians, and performers. I would be honored to work with you and help you as best I can. Please reach out and connect!
