In Person Sessions Available. As a Sex and Relationship Therapist, I support people with their Relationships & Marriages, Sexual Intimacy issues, and Infidelity. Issues that can be worked on in Sex Therapy include; mismatched desire, difficulty with arousal/orgasm, low desire, painful sex, sexual trauma, shame surrounding sex, difficulty with penetration, and erection/ejaculation problems. I help couples deepen their intimacy, improve communication, and resolve long standing conflicts.

I bring over 15 years of clinical experience to my work. I am trained in EFT, Gottman, Sex Therapy, DBT, and ACT. I teach skills where needed, but also do more depth based work on the origins of adaptations that may no longer be serving you. I have a Sexual Health Certificate in Sex Therapy from University of Michigan.

Therapy is not a casual conversation, therapy is work. I pride myself on using our time effectively and sometimes that means therapy is challenging. I want you to reach your goals and will use our sessions together to help make that happen. I welcome feedback, honesty, and humor in my office. I am neurodivergent affirming.

Marital Therapy includes a 3 session intake, first altogether, and an individual session with each partner. If the goal is maintaining the relationship, I typically have couple complete the Gottman Assessments and from there we create a plan together. For couples separating or divorcing, we focus on the new relationship of co-parenting or parallel parenting, and learning effective communication.
